As a professional freight hauler, you will be responsible for transporting goods and donations safely and efficiently to designated locations. This role requires a valid Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence and at least 1-2 years of truck driving experience in logistics or delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload donated items at designated collection points and deliver them to Thrift Stores, Centres, or other assigned locations.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintenance and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update necessary vehicle checklists, mileage logs, and records for accountability.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to traffic regulations, workplace safety protocols, and operational guidelines to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence.
- At least 1-2 years of truck driving experience in logistics or delivery operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver trucks in various road conditions.
