Lead Aesthetic Trainer & Brand Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Development:
    • Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for beauty therapists and sales consultants.
    • Conduct regular training refreshers to ensure consistent service delivery and updated knowledge.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Hands-On Expertise:
    • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, treatment protocols, and industry standards.
    • Demonstrate all treatment techniques proficiently, including the use of aesthetic machines and technologies.
    • Provide hands-on treatment support when needed to guide and inspire team members.
  • Leadership & Influence:
    • Serve as a role model by embodying company values and standards in both customer service and operations.
    • Foster strong relationships with new and existing staff to build trust and influence positive change.
    • Support adoption of new systems, products, or SOPs across departments through mentorship and coaching.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Represent the company at internal and external events, exhibitions, or trainings.
    • Maintain an exceptional personal image and communication style aligned with brand identity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry, preferably in both hands-on and training roles.
  • In-depth understanding of facial, body, and aesthetic machine treatments and trends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – persuasive, professional, and approachable.
  • Able to work cross-functionally between training, operations, and customer experience.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Multilingual is a plus (depending on your clientele and team language needs).
