Beauty Industry Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in the beauty industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain the branch's appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
- Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Schedule & Location:
Working Location: Far East Plaza
Working Hour: Weekdays 11am to 8pm; Weekends 11am to 6pm
4 days off a month (Every Sunday and public holidays off)
Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 + $200 Attendance Allowance + $1000 performance bonus + Overriding
