**Job Title:** Spa Therapist

As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and treatment experiences to our clients.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Provide professional spa massages (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards.\
  • Ensure high-level service standards are consistently met.\
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other areas.\
  • Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, and manage towel supplies.\
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and politely.\
  • Follow instructions given by the Spa Manager.\
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.\
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.\
  • Embody the values of excellent customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
