Key Responsibilities
- Counter Registration: Perform accurate registration and screening of patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation, providing proper care and coordination for patients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage wait times and keep patients updated in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
- Facilities Readiness: Comply with clinic facilities readiness, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 'N' Level qualification.
- Healthcare or service industry experience preferred, but not required.
