Workstone Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Underwriting Specialist to join our team. As an Underwriting Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the company's underwriting strategy for Commercial Lines of Business, including Property and Casualty and Surety Bonds.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain underwriting discipline and conduct risk assessments for Commercial Lines products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Distribution & Marketing team to ensure service delivery and production targets are achieved.
- Assist with the monthly renewal review for non-motor lines, securing necessary approvals before issuing renewal notices.
- Submit regular risk and portfolio review reports (including post-claims underwriting) and other reports for management.
- At least a diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with Diploma in General Insurance or ACII.
- Over 3 years of experience in non-motor insurance.
