Job Title: Technical Support Expert

Description:

The role of the Technical Support Expert is to provide expert technical services for equipment installed on-board vessels. This involves performing routine inspections, conducting troubleshooting and repair tasks, and ensuring that all equipment meets strict standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks on various types of equipment.
  • Provide technical documentation and support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or defects related to products or services.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine electronics or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, telecommunication networks, and electronic components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
