Our client, a reputable financial advisory firm in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join their team.

This is an on-site role, and the work location is Mountbatten, Singapore.

The Role
  • Manage the processing and payment of commissions to the firm's representatives
  • Oversee financial transactions, including reconciliations, cash management, and employee expenses
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Coordinate with external auditors to carry out financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to business leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2.5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting
