**Game Operations Specialist Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Game Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and user maintenance. They will also track and analyze game data to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation.

This role requires close collaboration with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and user experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning, as well as a passion for the gaming industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and user maintenance;
  • - Track and analyze game data to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation;
  • - Work closely with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and user experience;
  • - Monitor and respond to user feedback to maintain a positive player community;
  • - Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and operational content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • - Prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning is a plus;
  • - Passion for the gaming industry, with knowledge of casual/social mobile game trends and player behavior;
  • - Strong communication skills, data sensitivity, and execution ability;
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are an advantage;
  • - Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
  • - Experience in global mobile game markets is preferred;
