TCM Practitioner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TCM Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and be certified with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB).

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing customer health or wellness conditions, conducting diagnostics, discussing treatment progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review each customer's Consultation Card and assess their health or wellness condition.
  • Conduct diagnostics, discuss treatment progress, and adjust the care plan when necessary.
  • Evaluate suitability for acupuncture, prescribe appropriate TCM medication, or recommend a combination of treatments.
  • Ensure all acupuncture needles are safely removed and disposed of according to safety standards.
  • Complete and endorse the Customer Treatment Record Card for each session.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a TCM Practitioner.
  • Certified and registered with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB).
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
