We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the Manager in overseeing daily logistics operations at UEMS Solution Pte Ltd (NUH).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with porters and users to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor the porting system for irregularities and update assignments as needed.
  • Supervise and motivate porters to maintain high work efficiency.
  • Handle user inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working condition and maintain departmental filing systems.
  • Maintain log books for transactions and update computer databases.
  • Assist in staff leave records and training records.
Requirements:
  • GCE 'N' Level with at least one year of relevant experience in operations coordination.
  • Experience in handling operations personnel performance and attendance tracking.
  • Meticulous administrative skills and good communication skills.

Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. Only open to Singaporean or Permanent Residents.
