We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP project engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

  • Lead and manage ERP projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.">
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.">
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. Minimum 10 years of working experience, including 3 years of hands-on project management experience.">
  3. Demonstrated track record of successful project management on ERP projects, preferably with Oracle Netsuite experience.">
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  5. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multitask, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.">
  6. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent business experience.">

  • Performing the work to define and mature the project scope, develop the project management plan, and identify and schedule the project activities.">
  • Set the deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for the project.">
  • Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to affect the process.">
  • Ability to ensure team delivers the project on time and do consistent timely reminders with client team and internal team.">
  • Performing the work to formally terminate a project and transfer the completed product to operations.">
