The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor all resources including materials, machinery, and manpower to minimize/avoid wastage
  • Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise as required on the project
  • Exhibit excellent client-facing skills with a strong people orientation
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in HDB BTO projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Technical expertise in structural, architectural design, and contracts management
