Lead Regional Sales Team

Gilat Satellite Networks is transforming the global connectivity landscape. As a key business leader, you will oversee our regional sales team's daily operations and local offices in APAC.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster effective sales strategies, tools, and disciplines to drive successful outcomes.
  • Promote new business growth by identifying leads and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers and partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to senior management on market developments, customer targets, pipelines, and regional sales forecasts.
  • Oversight of sales processes, funnel management, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in business development and sales capture of major Satcom/Telecom/Mobile market customers. They must have a proven track record of initiating programs, leading the capture effort, and bringing complex projects ($10M and above) to closure.

Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
