Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Test Development Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver test programs
  • Provide expert consultation and training to customers on test methodologies and best practices
  • Analyze production correlation/low yield issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Power and Analog test methodologies, digital and Mixed signal will be an added advantage
  • Well-versed with C++, script programming, knowledge on software and debugging tools will be an added advantage
  • Good experience in test program development/conversion and test floor exposures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing test plans and procedures
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control processes
  • Providing technical support and training to customers
  • Analyzing and resolving production correlation/low yield issues
