Automated Testing Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automated Testing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete.

  • Develop and execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Strong expertise in using TestComplete for test automation.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
