Job Title: Emergency Response Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crisis equipment, overseeing procurement processes, working with biomedical engineers to track and maintain emergency preparedness assets, reviewing and updating hospital requirements, and acting as a point of contact for MOH audits and EP equipment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes and claims.
  • Work with Biomedical Engineering to track and maintain crisis equipment.
  • Review and update hospital's crisis equipment requirements.
  • Act as Point-of-Contact for MOH audits and EP equipment reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Operational experience in healthcare is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
