Job Title: Community Ambassador

The role of a Community Ambassador is to create and maintain a welcoming environment for guests at our lyf properties.

  • Assist guests with check-in and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Encourage members to download the community app and explore its features, including mobile key, messaging, and making ancillary purchases.
  • Handle guest queries and facilitate communication and requests in a timely manner.

To achieve operational efficiency:

  • Monitor room availability using the property management system (PMS).
  • Ensure all processes adhere to corporate guidelines and perform bookkeeping activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to maintain cleanliness and handle walk-ins, emails, and phone inquiries.

Create an inclusive and collaborative community by:

  • Noticing guest preferences and managing their profiles.
  • Assisting with event planning and execution, as well as proactively interacting with guests to obtain constructive recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurial, tech, creative, and collaborative communities.
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and happenings.
  • A people person and a doer: ready to get hands-on.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and react to guest demands.
  • Tech-savvy, able to pick up and use new systems and technology solutions easily.
