Job Opportunity: IC Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IC Design Specialist to join our team.

  • To design and implement digital and analog layouts in various technologies, including CMOS. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics Calibre.
  • To develop and optimize analog circuits and IO circuits. A strong understanding of circuit reliability considerations for layout, including ESD, latch-up, aging, and EMIR is required.
  • To analyze and resolve layout verification issues. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and rectify layout verification errors on DRC/LVS and familiar with layout signoff flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field with background on Integrated Circuit Design (both Analog and Digital).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IC design.
  • Proficient in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics Calibre.
  • Knowledge of circuit reliability considerations for layout, including ESD, latch-up, aging, and EMIR.
  • Able to troubleshoot and rectify layout verification errors on DRC/LVS and familiar with layout signoff flow.
  • Strong communication skills, high level of independence, self-motivation, and good teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IC Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital and analog layouts in various technologies, including CMOS. You will also be responsible for developing and optimizing analog circuits and IO circuits, analyzing and resolving layout verification issues, and collaborating with the front-end team for System-on-Chip (SoC) integration.
