Research Facilitator Role Summary

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the Research Facilitator position. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing research studies, data collection, and compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and follow-up activities with research teams, clinicians, and clinic staff.
  • Manage patient data collection, data management, and ensure strict compliance with research protocols and regulations.
  • Work closely with investigators and labs to set up clinical workflows for recruitment.
  • Prepare documents for audits and assist with submissions and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in Science, Public Health, or Social Science.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA).
