Role Overview

The Nurse Clinician role at National University Polyclinics involves delivering high-quality patient care and advancing nursing practice within the ward/unit. This position requires a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience and leadership skills to drive evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and/or other plans of care in consultation with specialty nurses, nurse managers, doctors, and paramedical staff.
  • Review and develop practice policies and guidelines and nursing standards in consultation with specialty nurses, nurse managers, and doctors.
  • Apply best evidence to practice and participate in research activities.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with at least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Nurse Clinician.
  • Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
