Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective recruitment strategies.
  • A key aspect of this role will be managing full-cycle search and recruitment activities for executive and non-executive roles, ensuring seamless client and candidate interactions.
  • This position requires strong business development skills, with the ability to drive growth through client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly sales targets and company revenue goals.
  2. Manage full-cycle search and recruitment activities for executive and non-executive roles.
  3. Handle job offers, remuneration, and compensation discussions with clients and candidates.
  4. Advise clients and job seekers on market and employment trends.
  5. Drive business development, managing and growing client relationships.
  6. Collaborate with clients on recruitment strategies and plans.
  7. Work with team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

  • No experience required, training will be provided.
  • Sales driven, resilience, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience have added advantage.
