We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication with distributors and internal stakeholders, managing system data and operations related to pricing, and conducting analysis and planning for the sales and profit of service parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication with distributors and internal stakeholders for Price Inquiry, Price Revision, and overall Pricing management.
  • Manage system data and operations related to pricing.
  • Assist distributors in planning and conducting surveys on competitors' market prices and conducting Parts Price Analysis.
  • Conduct analysis and planning for the sales and profit of service parts to distributors.
  • Evaluate Part sales performance and KPIs of Distributors.
  • Manage Profit and Sales Visualization through Power BI and Excel reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust analytical thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in dealing with numerical data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access; familiarity with Power BI and managing large data is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Training can be provided.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an added advantage.
