Job Overview">

As a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's billing and payment processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, data entry, and record keeping. You will also be responsible for tracking client payments, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Billing:
    • Generate and send invoices to clients within agreed-upon timelines.
    • Verify billing accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
    • Monitor and correct billing errors or discrepancies promptly.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Enter billing data into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain detailed records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories.
    • Ensure up-to-date client and payment information in the system.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Track and monitor client payments to ensure timely collection.
    • Follow up on overdue payments by contacting clients via phone or email.
    • Apply payments to the correct accounts and resolve any payment issues.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing-related disputes.
    • Provide support to clients regarding billing and payment concerns.
    • Assist clients with setting up payment plans or resolving issues related to their invoices.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare and generate regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management.
    • Assist in reconciling accounts receivable balances.
    • Maintain accurate records to assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
    • Ensure that billing practices comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
    • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
    Requirements:
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
    • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients.
    • Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as Excel and Word.
    • Ability to work patiently, flexibly, and hospitably with clients and colleagues.
    • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, writing, and public speaking abilities.
