As a Perfumery Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fragrance landscape of our company. You will be responsible for defining and implementing development strategies and processes that drive business growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative fragrances that meet customer needs and preferences. Your expertise in core fragrance development responsibilities, paired with an innovative mindset, will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving olfactive vision and strategy for assigned brands.
- Developing and selecting fragrances according to brief guidelines.
- Managing multiple complex briefs and prioritizing fragrance testing.
- Collaborating with the lab on product stability and troubleshooting.
- Liaising with regional creative centers and commercial teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of fragrance evaluation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric and home care categories.
- Functional expertise in fragrance development responsibilities.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.
- Able to work in a multicultural environment.
