Become a Coffee Connoisseur and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking an experienced and friendly team member to join our crew. This role requires someone who takes pride in serving excellent coffee and desserts, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

  • Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude, promptly attending to their queries.
  • Prepare, plate, and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings, coffee bean origins, and brewing methods, sharing product knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Receive and check inventory and perishables, monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
  • Report to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B environment.
  • Background in coffee is preferred.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
