Job Title: Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of software development tools for quantum computing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, manage, and execute on product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Develop cloud infrastructure and operating system line of products.
  3. Break down complex problems into manageable steps for product development.
  4. Guide the product development stages from conception to launch.
  5. Uncover customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
  6. Interface with customers, users, and partners to identify pain points and opportunities for new product features and refinements.
  7. Manage the full life cycle of developer tools products and drive action throughout the team to get products to market.
  8. Prioritize product features and keep product development on track.
  9. Develop product marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing and communications team.
  10. Act as an evangelist for company products.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in product management or an equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products.
  • Experience in delivering product and engineering results of varied complexity and scale.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or launching software developer tools.
