Job Description:

E&I Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding discipline supervisors to ensure timely, safe, and accurate work execution. The role involves allocating work areas, specifying responsibilities, and evaluating performance, with a strong focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).

The E&I Senior Supervisor will supervise and guide discipline supervisors in the execution of their tasks, ensuring that all work activities are completed as per quality norms and project specifications. This includes monitoring overall work schedules, resource mobilization plans, and craft compliance with project safety programs and job skill requirements.

Key responsibilities include implementing three-week look-ahead schedules, reviewing work front progress and resource deployment, and identifying potential threats to safety, quality, and progress of work. The role also involves ensuring preparation and implementation of method statements, job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

Additional responsibilities include checking conformity of all discipline materials upon receipt against discipline specifications, ensuring good housekeeping on-site, and monitoring the management of materials and spare parts.

As an E&I Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for investigating, collating, and analyzing information to assist in audits facilitated by clients. You will also be required to carry out any other duties as and when required by the superintendent.
