Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of supervisor.

About This Role

As a supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and implementing processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage staff performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

To be successful as a supervisor, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Please note that this is a full-time position, and you will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
