Safety Professional for High-Tech Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Product Safety Engineer to join our innovative product development team specializing in high-precision semiconductor equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international safety standards by conducting design reviews prior to audits, working closely with cross-functional teams, and coordinating with external auditors to secure compliance certifications.
About the Role:- Conduct pre-audit design reviews to ensure compliance with international safety standards (IEC, UL, SEMI, CE, NFPA, ISO).
- Collaborate with design engineers to integrate safety requirements early in the product development process.
- Interpret global safety regulations and translate them into actionable design and testing criteria.
- Coordinate with third-party certification bodies (e.g., T&U, UL, CSA) and manage compliance audits.
- Support and perform safety testing, including electrical checks, fault simulations, and hazard assessments.
- Lead risk assessments (FMEA, Hazard Analysis) and maintain safety compliance documentation.
- Candidates with experience in product safety engineering, preferably in semiconductor equipment, industrial machinery, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving compliance certifications (e.g., CE, UL, IEC 60204, SEMI S2/S8)
- Familiarity with safety standards such as CE, IEC 60204, NFPA 79
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA, HAZOP)
