Job Opportunity: Flexible Part-Time Position
    We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including loading and unloading donor items at designated sites, delivering items to our facilities, and ensuring proper handling and secure transport of items at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities

    As a key member of our team, you will be expected to carry out duties with the highest level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality. You will also function effectively as a member of the collection and delivery team under the direction of the Team Leader, support the Team Leader in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor, and represent us with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with donors and the general public.


Responsibilities
  1. Carry out duties with the highest level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
  2. Function effectively as a member of the collection and delivery team under the direction of the Team Leader.
  3. Support the Team Leader in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor and in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Represent us with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with donors and the general public.
  5. Ensure all assignments are duly authorised and supported with the appropriate Collection/Delivery Orders or Service Orders; submit completed documents to the Customer Care administration for proper record-keeping.
  6. Perform physical tasks, including loading and unloading donor items at designated sites and delivering items to our facilities.
  7. Execute all assignments professionally, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of items at all times.
  8. Assist in clearing donation bins at various locations as assigned.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas consistently.
  10. Comply fully with all workplace safety rules and regulations.
  11. Promptly report any feedback, incidents, or damages to the relevant Supervisor or Manager.
  12. Undertake any additional projects or specific duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Customer service orientation, as movers often interact with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in handling large or awkward items.
  • Time management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude to support operational efficiency.

Working Days Per Week: Flexible

Work Hours: Mondays to Sundays 8.30am to 5.30pm
