  • We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
About the Role

This role involves managing projects across various digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery within budget and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of application systems that support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.

Risk Management:

  • Manage and communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior management.

Team Collaboration:

  • Drive collaboration between IT, business analysts, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Leadership Skills:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating teamwork and resolving conflicts as needed.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure high system availability, rapid incident response, and effective issue resolution.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendors and service providers to ensure SLAs are achieved and value is delivered.

Budget Planning:

  • Oversee budget, contract renewals, and technology roadmap planning for application systems.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Audit Support:

  • Support audits and review activities related to business and gaming systems.

Cloud Optimization:

  • Work closely with IT infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure application systems are optimized in a hybrid environment.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale application projects (digital platforms, mobile apps, portals, kiosks, or bespoke systems).

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, modernization, and integration with cloud platforms.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and IT audit requirements.
  • Solid vendor and stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
