**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop cloud-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops with customers to understand their business and technical drivers, including application onboarding and deployment-ready application workloads.
  • Design high-level end-to-end solutions that meet business outcomes and IT objectives, creating end-to-end solutions that meet business outcomes.
  • Ensure that proposals, solution designs, and Statements Of Work are technically sound and competitive.
  • Provide architecture design, review, and guidance for public cloud applications, including monitoring, management, disaster recovery, security compliance/auditing, networking, storage, service brokers, and build packs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define the overall technology strategy and create a roadmap for implementing new solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify areas where technology can be used to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assess available technologies and recommend the best options for meeting customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources for the implementation of new solutions, working with development teams to ensure that solutions are built and implemented in a timely and effective manner.
  • Optimize technology investments to reduce costs.
  • Assess the total cost of ownership for different technology solutions and recommend options that provide the best return on investment.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of experience in public cloud architecture, design, and implementation of critical applications.
  • 3+ years of IaaS experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Pre-sales consulting experience, including time supporting sales and liaising with technical practices and delivery, will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows systems.
  • Good knowledge of networking and related technologies (e.g., load balancing/DNS/SSL/firewalls/NAT).
  • Experience with production systems and dealing with production issues.
  • A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Team player but capable of working independently where required.
  • Having experience working on large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure required.
  • Certified AWS Solution Architect or Azure Solution Architect will be an added advantage.
