Corporate Actions Operations Role

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to manage corporate actions processing for funds within the Asia Securities Operations team.

  • Manage the lifecycle of corporate actions, including dividend payments, mergers and acquisitions, and other equity-related events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate actions activities.
  • Develop and maintain processes to minimize operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process management: Oversee the receipt, verification, and distribution of corporate action notifications.
  • Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with corporate actions.
  • Client communication: Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate actions operations within the Funds space.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and operational risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SWIFT message types knowledge.
  • Excel VBA macros proficiency.
