Programme Coordinator

The Programme Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of programmes and activities at our Centre for Women & Girls.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement programme strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with programme experts, securing resources and facilities to support our initiatives.
  • Assess programme suitability in consultation with social workers, ensuring alignment with our centre's goals.
  • Capture high-quality photographs and maintain records for each programme, event, or activity.
  • Update notice boards regularly, keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming events.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports upon completion of each programme.
  • Prepare relevant documentation for volunteers, facilitating their screening process.
  • Collaborate closely with volunteers and staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Head of Centre.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong written & oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in non-profit organisations and managing events is preferred.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • 5-day work week.
  • Centre for Women & Girls: 42 Surin Avenue, Singapore (Catered to Female residents).
