Job Title:
Senior Architect Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our team in creating innovative and human-centered designs for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare, and workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and foster a collaborative team environment, overseeing junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.
- Drive excellence in design conceptualization, development, technical coordination, and documentation processes.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of architectural drawings across all project phases.
- Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance as contractual lead consultant.
- Coordinate closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors for smooth and efficient project execution.

Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in healthcare projects.
- A recognized degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
- Proficient in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
