The Director of Marketing Innovation will oversee product and menu innovation for the APAC region, working closely with global, regional, and local teams to drive a robust innovation strategy and pipeline.
Job DescriptionThis role will be based in our Regional Headquarters in Singapore and will focus on driving menu innovation and renovation brand positioning, as well as leading initiatives that build product leadership.
Key responsibilities will include identifying innovation opportunities that are scalable across APAC, analyzing menu architecture across categories, and developing and managing innovation pipelines and workstreams for key product categories.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer marketing, analytics, and insights, as well as experience in product category and architecture analysis and design.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to unearth consumer insights, trends, and develop product stories, claims, and positioning
- Ability to perform under high pressure, comfortable in multi-tasking, and able to prioritize to meet deadlines with optimized resources
- Ability to synthesize and analyze small and large data sets into useful information and actionable next steps
- Ability to create compelling business cases and present impactfully to influence key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, franchisees, and agencies
