Key Role in Loan Syndication

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the origination, execution and distribution of syndicated loans. This includes working closely with corporate sponsors, clients and potential syndicated loan partner institutions across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support origination, execution and distribution of syndicated loans
  • Prepare pitch materials, term sheets, information memorandum and bank presentations
  • Facilitate roadshows and bookrunning of investor banks, assist with negotiation and review of facility agreements
  • Provide updates on syndicated loan market developments
  • Prepare call reports on investor meetings and any other relevant market insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant loans experience eg debt financing, loan syndication, distribution, loans product etc
  • Excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to multitask; project management skills, team player
