We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our dynamic research team focused on Parkinson's disease (PD) and neurodegeneration.
- Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have strong skills in protein-and cell-based assays, including recombinant protein purification, native protein purification, and immunoprecipitation.
The successful candidate will also have experience with culturing and manipulating human stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived models.
Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in conducting in vivo studies in mice, including behavioural assays and tissue processing.
Investigating and validating biomarkers using techniques such as ELISA, flow cytometry, digital PCR, and seed amplification assay is also essential.
- Requirements:
A PhD in Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or a related biomedical field is required.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with molecular biology, stem cell culture, and mouse handling.
Proven ability to independently design and execute projects and interest in translational science are also necessary.
