Job Title: Resident Technical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Technical Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise the execution of construction works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified.
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Civil/Structural discipline from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer, with at least 2 years in supervision of deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data.
  • Shift work, including night shift.
  • Valid 2025 RTO Certification accredited by IES.
