Key Responsibilities:

As a financial operations expert, you will be responsible for managing revenue audit, ensuring timely and accurate recording of carpark revenue and reconciliation of receipts.

  • Verify that all transactions are accurately recorded in the parking management system and reconcile with ledger balances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to seamlessly integrate records into the accounting system and promptly address any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes relating to carpark charges and payments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced skills in computer software, including Excel, Power BI, and other accounting packages.

You will also be responsible for preparing daily collection reports, collaborating with various parties to analyze revenue trend and report anomalies, and performing month-end and year-end closing activities.
