Project Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a new Housing and Development Board (HDB) project. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction management and HDB regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.">
  • Manage and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.">
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.">
  • Evaluate and address potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to prevent issues from arising.">
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of the project.">
  • Present regular project updates and performance metrics to senior management.">

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale construction projects (preferably HDB projects).">
  • Familiarity with HDB guidelines, local construction laws, and safety regulations.">
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success through effective communication and interpersonal skills.">
