Job Opportunity: English Writing Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an English Writing Specialist. This role will involve working closely with students, parents and colleagues to provide high-quality English writing services.

Job Description:

As an English Writing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one composition lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.

You will also be required to:

  • Recruit and enrol new students through sales efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong passion for teaching and mentoring students of English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
