English Language Instructor Position

We are seeking an English Language Instructor to join our team.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves teaching English language composition writing and lessons in accordance with company guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt teaching methodologies to meet individual student needs, and demonstrate initiative and proactive behavior in the classroom.

The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, engaging students through interactive and dynamic teaching methods, and ensuring punctuality and strong time management skills. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively are also essential for this position.

In addition, the instructor will need to develop and customize lesson plans to align with students' requirements, provide written feedback on student progress, and create and improve curriculum materials as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience. Experience in adapting to new situations and being flexible is highly valued in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
