Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence by managing supplier operations and resolving production challenges.



Main Responsibilities
  • Support supplier issue resolution by driving corrective actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement supplier improvement plans to address root causes and improve performance.
  • Document key learnings as Best Known Methods (BKMs) to promote knowledge sharing and standardization.
  • Assist in supplier technical audits, evaluate capabilities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 4-5 years experience in Supplier Development / Quality roles.
  • Total experience of 8-14 years.
  • Understanding of Mechanical Parts & Assemblies, ability to interpret drawings.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and dependencies.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like 8D, CAPA.
  • Experience with vacuum components is an advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
