We are seeking an exceptional Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations and administrative matters at our Active Ageing Centre. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership skills and experience in community care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the centre's volunteer team, coordinating activities and programs for seniors, and liaising with external agencies and donors. A key aspect of this role is programme planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high-quality services for our clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage seniors and deliver high-quality programmes and activities.
