Working Hours:
5 days work, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
  • Maintain open communication with customers and relevant parties on shipment progress.
  • Process and handle shipping documentation accurately.
  • Ensure customs declarations are completed efficiently.
  • Enter shipment details and invoices into our in-house system.


Additional Duties:

  • Perform other operational tasks as required.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, specifically export sea freight.
  • Good understanding of handling seafreight shipments and related documentation.
