About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Attendant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring excellent customer service and promoting a positive brand image.
- Operating cashless payment systems and managing fuel dispensers.
- Providing exceptional support to customers, resolving issues promptly and communicating effectively whenever required.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store and forecourt environment.
- Following strict safety protocols and work procedures.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic cleaning duties and maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Working Conditions
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. They will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off, and may need to work rotating shifts.
