Job Description:

Main purpose of the role: To provide administrative support to lawyers in the banking team, focusing on tasks such as drafting documents, reviewing legal papers, and communicating with clients and external parties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general administrative support to fee-earners including simple drafting based on precedents.
  • Reviewing and proof-reading legal documents.
  • Communicating and co-ordinating with clients and external parties in accordance with instructions from fee-earners.
  • Drafting simple ancillary documents (such as checklists, notices, corporate approvals and etc).

Person Specification:
  • Working experience as a legal secretary supporting a banking partner is highly desirable.
  • At least two years' related working experience in the legal industry, preferably with prior experience in the Banking / Finance sector.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills.
