Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

As an Account Assistant, you will:

  • Process daily collections on bank statements and cash books with high accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly AR aging reports and generate customer statements of accounts.
  • Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system and follow up closely with sales teams.
  • Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline.
  • Perform monthly billing to all inter-company entities (recoverable, rental, and ad-hoc billing).
  • Update Interco AR transactions and outstanding balances for insurance.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • GCE O levels or Diploma qualification.
  • Independent, analytical, and positive working attitude.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high voluminous transactions.
  • Good team player with good communication and initiative.
  • Performed detailed work with accuracy and speed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
